I'm a student, I study Dutch, English and Turkish in translating studies and am about to end my first year. I live in Belgium, a tiny country in Europe. I'm shy IRL but okay on the web. I love to read, my favourite book is Donna Tarrt's "The Secret History". I also love Harry Potter, Robin Hobb, Marisha Pessl, Stephen King and recently discovered, Daniel Hecht. I love British Comedy: Fawlty Towers, Mighty Boosh, Black Books, Monty Python, Ab Fab, .. it all makes me scream in laughter. I know quotes, yes. I'm a very moral person, I have grand ideals. I'm a vegetarian, have been with my boyfriend for 4 and a half years now, I support gay rights and am in general quite a Greenie. I love art and fashion, especially vintage and old stuff. Victorian dresses, twenties purses and shoes, forties cigaretteholders... I adore photography, I dabble in it myself. I've recently discovered my love for origami stars and incense. I love Denmark and London as travelling spots (been to both twice) and can't wait to visit more of Britain, Scotland, Ireland and the scandinavian countries. I live with my family, two sisters and two parents. I'm a loner, not a party-pig or drinker. I love going to the movies (a few faves are Quentin Tarantino, Tim Burton, etc) or having a quiet drink/meal at someone's place. I don't have many friends but the ones I have are close ones. I like to stay close to home during 'normal time' but I love to travel as well. I've been to Denmark, France, London, Barcelona, Italy and The Netherlands. (I don't count Spain and Britain because I didn't go beyond those city borders ;) ) Musicwise: Regina Spektor and The Dresden Dolls are my heroes, but I also like random songs, like the Love Cats by The Cure.
